What to Expect

Step 1
Perform a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount behind the ear or along the jawline and wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, proceed with treatment.
Step 2
Cleanse the skin thoroughly using a gentle cleanser and pat completely dry. Avoid using toners, exfoliants, or active serums before application.
Step 3
Apply a thin, even layer of Mandelic Acid Peel using gauze, cotton pad, or a brush over the desired treatment area. Avoid eyes, lips, and broken or irritated skin.
Step 4
Leave on for 1–3 minutes during the first treatment. As tolerance develops, treatment time may gradually increase up to 3–5 minutes.
Step 5
Rinse thoroughly with cool water or follow included product instructions regarding neutralization.
Step 6
Apply a soothing moisturizer or hydrating serum such as Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Avoid additional active ingredients for 24–48 hours after treatment.
Step 7
Begin with one treatment per week. Frequency may gradually increase to twice weekly if well tolerated.
Precautions
- Daily SPF 50+ sunscreen is mandatory while using this product
- Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours post-peel
- Do not use on irritated, sunburned, or broken skin
- Avoid use while on retinoids or if using Accutane within the last 6 months
- Do not combine with Vitamin C, AHAs, BHAs, retinoids, or benzoyl peroxide on the same day
- Discontinue use immediately if severe burning, swelling, blistering, or excessive irritation occurs
- Mandelic Acid is derived from almonds; avoid use if you have severe nut allergies
