Where We Ship
Invoke Compounding currently delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and all other locations served by our courier partners.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Rx compounded formulations (hair serums) may require an additional 1–2 days for pharmacy dispensing before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes
Lahore: 1–2 business days. Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–3 business days. Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–7 business days. These are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges
Standard delivery charges apply at checkout based on your location. Free delivery is available on orders above ₨5,000. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order directly with our courier partner. For any delivery queries contact us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4673017.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the order, our courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts the order will be held at the nearest courier facility for 3 days before being returned to us. In case of a returned order, re-delivery charges will apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 324 4673017 with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
