Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment
At Invoke Compounding, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if the product arrived damaged or defective, the wrong product was delivered, or the product was not as described on our website. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken — for hygiene and safety reasons. We also cannot accept returns on Rx-only compounded formulations (hair serums) once dispensed, unless the product is damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, message us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4673017 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will exchange it at no additional cost including free re-delivery. To arrange an exchange contact us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4673017.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrived damaged due to transit, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and send the photos to us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4673017 within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: opened or used products, Rx compounded formulations once dispensed (unless defective), products without original packaging, and items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle (unless defective).
